A prominent site forming the southern gateway to St John's Innovation Park, situated in the centre of the north Cambridge research and development cluster. The Park is already home to a number of high profile occupiers including Samsung, Telstra and Qualcom, as well as the world renowned St Johns Innovation Centre.
Turnstone selected by the landowner, St John's College Cambridge, to assist in the development of the site for a major grade A office building.
Following an earlier consent for 37,000 sq ft on the site, Turnstone have obtained full planning permission for a new 5 storey 65,000 sq ft building suitable for office and R&D use.
VINCI Construction has been awarded the £15m contract to construct the building. Construction commenced in Spring 2017 with completion due in June 2018.
The top two floors of the building, plus the roof terrace, has been let to Darktrace. The rapidly growing cyber security specialist will occupy 19,813 sq ft.
Part second floor has been let to PricewaterhouseCooper Services for a new Cambridge Headquarters, who will occupy 12,195 sq ft.
