Our principal areas of interest are the South East, East Anglia and East Midlands. We tend to concentrate upon growth locations around the M25, M1 and M11, as well as the London boroughs. Cambridge and its environs are a particular focus.
All sites considered which suits our sector specialism on a conditional or unconditional basis.
Opportunities to add value, either through new development, refurbishment or re-positioning of underperforming investment properties; for example, offices with short leases or development sites.
Primarily we are interested in offices, retail and leisure (especially cinema led), as well as strategic residential and mixed-use opportunities.
We will undertake speculative acquisition of assets using our own resources or joint ventures to enhance value, undertaken with landowners.
We will consider corporate and property portfolio acquisitions valued from £10m to £50m.
