In July, Turnstone acquired 35 Hills Road Cambridge, a 5,950 sq ft office located within the prime city centre office district. The building is let to First Intuition, a national accountancy training business, for a further five years. The acquisition is representative of Turnstone Estate’s ambitious growth plans, providing reversionary income which may provide a refurbishment opportunity in the future.
