Wedding dress retailer Wed2B Ltd has also taken a 4,256 sq ft unit on a 10 year lease, at £85,000 pa.
Premium burger take away and delivery company Chosen Bun has signed a 25 year lease, with 15 year break on 1,840sq ft, at £36,000 a year.
