St John’s College and development manager Turnstone Estates have let the final office suite at the Maurice Wilkes Building, St John’s Innovation Park, to Cambrionix Limited.
Already situated on the park within the Innovation Centre, the mobile IT solutions specialist has committed to a new 10 year lease. Having recently doubled in size Cambrionix is taking 3,955 sq ft (367 sq m) on part of the second floor of the 64,445 sq ft (5,987 sq m) office building. They will join existing occupiers including PwC, Darktrace, Raspberry Pi and Mewburn Ellis.
Chris Goldsmith of Turnstone Estates, comments: “We were delighted to conclude this letting to Cambrionix. This is a great example of how the Maurice Wilkes Building has helped retain long term tenants for St John’s College, as well as being able to attract new tenants to the park. We look forward to working with the College going forward.”
