Huntingdonshire District Council approved planning in January 2012. The complex comprises a six screen cinema, four restaurant units, three residential flats, car and cycle parking, and a public plaza and thoroughfare. In addition, the cinema provides facilities for the use of local theatre groups.
Pre-lets to Cineworld, Frankie and Bennys, Prezzo and Pizza Express. Remaining unit under offer.
Scheme forward funded by the Harmsworth Property Trust (Daily Mail Pension Fund).
Britannia Construction appointed to build the complex. Work commenced November 2012 and completed March 2014. Scheme opened in May 2014.
