Full planning application submitted for Interchange South, Ampthill Way, Bedford

Turnstone has submitted a planning application to Bedford Borough Council for a high quality, mixed commercial scheme on Ampthill Way, Bedford. The 11.4 acre site is located adjacent to Bedford’s prime out of town retail parks and is within close proximity of the proposed Universal Studios UK visitor theme park and resort site.

The full application seeks permission for 3 drive-thru units, trade counter, builders merchant, manufacturing and distribution units, totalling 9,445 sq m gross internal area. The scheme will deliver a sustainable, high quality and flexible range of buildings.
