Development commenced October 2007 and completed December 2008. Lettings concluded of the hotel to Travelodge, of Unit A (4,608 sq ft) to Chiquito, of Unit B (4,250 sq ft) to City Centre Restaurants t/a Frankie & Benny’s and Unit C to Evans Cycles. Recent lettings to Nisbets, Wed2B and Chosen Bun.
Investment sold to Threadneedle Pensions Limited for £11.95m in December 2016.
