A £15m scheme undertaken in partnership with Peterhouse College, Cambridge (landowner) and Highland Homes (residential developer) to unlock the development value of a 4 acre site.
Planning permission was obtained and the site assembled for a high density, mixed use scheme comprising 300 student rooms, 140 residential units, 12,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation and a fire station.
Subsequently, the student accommodation was constructed, let and sold to Rotch. The main residential site was sold to KF Properties for over £6m.
