At Turnstone Estates, Finance Director Yvette brings a unique blend of experience, expertise, and a passion for precision to the team.

An integral part of Turnstone Estates, Yvette’s role is multifaceted; from maintaining cashflow and forecasting budgets to overseeing day-to-day financial operations. Her responsibilities also include preparing quarterly management accounts and reporting to the board.

While Yvette’s specialisms lie in credit control and financial forecasting, it’s her experience and dedication which sets her apart.
Having earned her stripes through a Certificate in Accounting, completing an 18-month distance course in 2001 to 2003, she proudly carries the title of MIAB – Member of the Institute of Accountants & Bookkeepers.

After honing her double-entry bookkeeping skills at a company serving prestigious clients such as Harrods and Selfridges, she embarked on a new adventure to help build a start-up company. Before she left, the business had more than 80 staff and a £2m pa turnover.

Attracted by the dynamism of the property sector, Yvette joined Turnstone Estates in 2007, where she has the opportunity to delve into projects and opportunities beyond the financial realm, witnessing developments from inception to completion.
Extending her professional dedication to property development beyond the office, she has skilfully overseen the project management of her own property rebuild. Applying her practiced attention to detail, she navigated through planning, budgeting, and time management at each stage.

Beyond the world of real estate and balance sheets, Yvette enjoys skiing and walking, recently conquering the highest mountain in Wales, Snowdon.
