Turnstone lets Cambridge offices

Turnstone Estates has let Discovery House, a 9,034 sq ft office building at Vision Park, Cambridge to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF).

The IWF is a charity and self-regulatory body for the online industry.

It has taken a 10-year lease on the detached office building.

The deal includes a six-month rent free period, with a break option and rent review in year five.

The two-storey office building is located at Vision Park, Histon, three miles north of Cambridge city centre and just off Junction 32 of the A14.

Emma Hardy, IWF spokesperson said: “We are delighted to have found this building which offers everything we need to look after our staff and provide them with the right setting to carry out their work.

“We’ve been based in the Cambridge area for 18 years and because of the support we get from our Members, who are predominantly big internet companies, we are able to move into this large and well-situated building.”

Januarys and Hewitsons acted for Turnstone Estates in the letting. IWF was advised by Noyes & Noyes and Eversheds.
