A speculatively purchased 35,000 sq ft five-storey office block in Cambridge City centre acquired for £2m in 1997. Vacant possession was obtained, and extensive reconstruction was undertaken.
The scheme was forward-funded with Scottish Life Assurance Company.
Reconstruction completed in 2002 and the building let as a whole to Eversheds.
